Service Description

Are you a group fitness leader, personal trainer, or kinesiologist looking to strengthen your practice? Did you know exercise is now defined as "evidence based practice" in the treatment of depression and anxiety? What if you could support the mental health of your clientele without the advanced degree in mental health? This training will offer exercise professionals the information, considerations, and techniques to do just that. Through the lens of neuroscience and psychology, Kathi will offer various templates and strategies that will help promote both mental and physical fitness while offering more information on trauma-informed exercise leadership and the creation of psychologically safe spaces that will increase the likelihood of adherence.
