Exercise for Mental Health

Although we hear and read about the positive impact of exercise on mental health, the integration of exercise into mental health treatment remains uncommon. The facilitations below all offer information and insight into how exercise can support, and even treat, some mental health challenges such as depression while addressing how exercise is introduced when one would rather isolate and remain on the couch. I have spent over two years researching and writing a book in this area (publication in process) and am excited to share this information to a wider audience.
